Ana is our Talent Acquisition Manager for the iGaming department. Ana has been with TalentBet from the very beginning when we were simply an idea and was instrumental in our creation. Ana brings 3 years of recruitment experience within the iGaming industry. From the South of Lisbon, Portugal, Ana is a workaholic, people pleaser and food lover.

Alexandra forms part of our management team and is a qualified psychologist, she is an instrumental part of keeping all our employees happy and motivated. Focusing not only on Senior Recruitment but also the development of her peers.

Mariana is one of our senior Talent Acquisition specialists who is passionate about the iGaming industry and has a special interest in Business Development. She loves meeting new clients so you will always find her hanging out at most events. Mariana was one of our first employees to join and carries the TalentBet brand wherever she goes. Mariana comes from Portugal and loves traveling and meeting new people and cultures.

Ynske joined the recruitment team of TalentBet in 2023. She started her iGaming acquisition career over a year ago. With a background in Journalism, Languages and Communication and having worked in Malta, Italy, Sint Maarten and her home country, the Netherlands,  she has a great network worldwide. She likes to really get to know you and finds great pleasure in matching the right job and company to the right person. Ynske is kind of a modern bookworm, who loves to read poetic literature after a day of exploring the waters on her paddle board.

Anteaune' recently joined the recruitment team of TalentBet as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. With a background in administration, HR and accounting, she has recently started her budding career in talent acquisition. Originally from South Africa, she has made Malta her home for the last 5 years. Embracing her inner nerd, she finds joy in reading, writing and indulging in all lore trivia and anime.

Rolands has recently joined the team, bringing his overall 10 years experience in gambling and fintech industries. His focus is recruiting and business development within the 2 sectors. Originally from Latvia, he has been calling Malta home for the last 2 years, and have gained insights within the industries in Latvia, USA, and Malta. To cool off, outside of work he loves playing basketball, riding motorcycles, and attending electronic music events. With his upbeat personality and competitive spirit, Rolands is always up for a challenge to go the extra mile when it comes to connecting a client with the best talents for a role.

Sonia is originally from Portugal, she spent 20 years in Belgium, becoming fluent in French, and has also lived in the UK and Portugal. Based in Malta for the past nine years, she built a strong career in recruitment, spending several years in the field before transitioning into office and HR administration at a fintech company. Now, Sonia is returning to recruitment, bringing her expertise in talent acquisition and people management.Sonia loves outdoor activities, good food, and spending time with her family and friend.
