3D Visualizer / Environment Artist

Main Responsibilities:

• Use 3D modeling and rendering technology to create high-quality visual renderings and animations for design projects and help demonstrate design concepts.
• Build accurate 3D models and produce high-quality renderings based on the design plan.
• Create realistic materials, lighting, and environmental effects for site design.
• Provide support for virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) projects to help clients understand the design more intuitively.
• Work with designers and architectural teams to ensure that visual models meet technical specifications.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest 3D software and technologies to improve design quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in 3D modeling, animation, architectural design, or related majors.
• At least 3 years of 3D visualization design experience, proficient in 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or related tools.
• Familiar with renderers such as V-Ray and Corona, and have good lighting and material processing capabilities.
• Have a strong foundation in art and color perception, and be good at polishing details.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and can collaborate efficiently with multiple departments.
