Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus)

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client, a leading Payment Service Provider. This hybrid role is based in Limassol and offers an excellent opportunity to support the company's operations while gaining valuable experience in the financial and payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, organize files, and ensure the timely preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Communication Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between various departments, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
  • Office Management: Assist with office supply management, procurement, and vendor coordination for both on-site and remote needs.
  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics for team meetings, trainings, and events, including hybrid and in-person sessions.
  • Compliance Assistance: Support in managing documentation related to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle additional duties as assigned to support the teams operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the financial, tech, iGaming or PSP sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(additional languages are an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook) and familiarity with collaborative tools like Google Workspace or similar platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the PSP industry or compliance processes is a plus.
