CASINO MANAGER B2B

The Casino Manager will act as the primary liaison between the B2B gaming provider and its operator clients. This role ensures smooth integration, optimal game performance, and communication between both parties to deliver a seamless and engaging gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with operator clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with game offerings.

- Game Integration & Performance: Oversee the integration of games into client platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and troubleshooting any issues.

- Feedback & Collaboration: Act as the conduit for feedback between clients and the product teams to optimize gaming solutions and introduce new features.

- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor game performance, gather client feedback, and provide data-driven insights to improve product offerings.

- Compliance & Support: Ensure games meet regulatory requirements and provide ongoing support to clients for any compliance or operational issues.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a casino operations or B2B gaming management role.

- Strong understanding of both B2B relationships and casino game operations.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Familiar with game analytics, platform integrations, and regulatory standards.
