The role
We are seeking a driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our user experience and optimizing conversion rates across the board.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to implement CRO initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing to implement cutting-edge strategies.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, eCommerce optimization, or a related field.
- Expertise in using CRO tools and methodologies, such as A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, LogRocket).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present findings and recommendations.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; additional certifications in CRO or digital marketing are a plus.
