Role Summary:
The CRM Manager will manage campaigns and all of deliverables for partnerships, casino and acquisition campaigns across different emerging markets. It will be their responsibility to work with different stakeholders to devise, develop, and execute campaigns deliverables throughout their entirety.
Main tasks:
Planning and building campaigns in support that support acquisition and retention of players in emerging markets
Working with stakeholders to ensure promotions are executed to best standards
Performing end-to-end monitoring of promotion execution & performance
Creating and executing strong communication plans for campaigns
Performing end-to-end monitoring of promotion execution & performance
Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all internal/external processes
Assistance with execution of independent CRM projects as needed
