Executive - Corporate Services

Main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage multiple client portfolios, addressing their needs promptly manner and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain an organised and structured filing system for client documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, management and internal sources effectively.
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, banks, the International Tax Unit and the VAT Department.
- Handle processes related to incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations and dissolutions as well as annual maintenance of the company`s corporate minute files.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- At least 2 years experience in a corporate services role.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area.
- Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member, contributing positively to group dynamics.
- Communicates openly with team members and other departments, fostering cooperative relationships to achieve collective goals.
- Shows enthusiasm for learning and taking on new responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
