Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio, streamed to players.
  • Always maintain the highest professional standards.
  • Participate in table promotions and internal/external media campaigns.
  • Interact with and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players.
  • Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to maintain proficiency.
  • Report any incidents or unusual activities to the PIT BOSS, including issues in gaming areas, colleagues, tables, and chats.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as required according to the company's needs.
  • Maintain and clean immediate work area, adhering to departmental uniform standards.
  • Perform quality control functions as per departmental standards.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required. We are looking for personality that would fit into our company culture, skills we can train ourselves in our in-house Academy.
  • Ability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis (day/afternoon/night), including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent level of Indonesian (Bahasa) language.
  • Conversational level of English. (B1 and above)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • We are looking for a team player, who can adapt to a multicultural environment.
