We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Head of Customer Acquisition to lead and optimise marketing efforts for our Social Casino brand, and future brands.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a holistic customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and traditional channels.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing efforts to drive sustainable business growth.
Campaign Management
- Oversee and refine SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Continuously test and optimise strategies to improve ROI and user acquisition.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with external agencies to enhance efficiency and control costs.
- Work closely with internal teams (CRM, Creative, Content, Social) to create a seamless customer journey.
Performance Analytics & Optimisation
- Utilise Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, and other tools to monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and scale acquisition efforts.
Budget Ownership
- Lead the allocation and optimisation of a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget to maximise impact and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
5+ years in senior acquisition or performance marketing roles.
Proven expertise in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
Strong command of paid media, PPC, paid social, and SEO.
Highly analytical, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, BigQuery, etc.
Leadership experience, with a history of building and managing high-performing teams.
