Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to key markets, focusing on driving customer acquisition and engagement.
- Customer Growth Focus: Develop campaigns and initiatives targeting high-intent customers to maximize player sign-ups through organic channels.
- Keyword Research: Identify and prioritize keywords that align with customer acquisition goals, focusing on the intent behind search behavior in competitive iGaming sectors.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure website content is engaging, optimized for search engines, and resonates with the target audience.
- Technical SEO Management: Oversee the optimization of site structure, performance, mobile usability, and technical elements that impact search rankings and user experience.
- Market Adaptation: Adapt SEO strategies to accommodate regional search behaviors, languages, and preferences in key markets.
- Link-Building Campaigns: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic reach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors SEO strategies and identify opportunities to outperform them.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all SEO activities adhere to local regulatory guidelines for online gaming and sports betting in key markets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing and driving SEO teams of at least 2 years with a strong focus on customer acquisition and growth within the iGaming industry or similarly competitive sectors
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing SEO strategies in key markets, including Asia, Africa, and .COM.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Understanding of regional search behaviors, cultural nuances, and multilingual SEO practices in these markets.
- Strong technical SEO skills, including site performance optimization, schema markup, and crawl management.
- Track record of successful SEO campaigns resulting in measurable growth in organic traffic and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to align SEO goals with broader business objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
