Launched in 2021, Highbet offers players thousands of games to choose from, including video slots, live casino games, scratch cards, and sports betting.
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to help us in our active growth phase. Reporting to the HR Manager this is a great opportunity to grow with our company and help us shape the company culture from the ground up. Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment processes from posting jobs to interviews and sending offers
- Conducting background checks of potential new hires
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Helping with employee relations, including grievances, complaints, terminations
- Helping with implementation of policies and procedures
- Help maintain accurate employee records
- Handling various employee requests and questions
- Conducting exit interviews
- Assisting with creation and implementation of performance management, training and development programs
- Assisting with company culture and values implementation and fostering positive and productive working environment
About you:
- About 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
- Experience in conducting interviews and background checks is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance management and training programs is desirable.
- Familiarity with fostering company culture and implementing organisational values is an advantage.
