Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in executing Xaces marketing strategy, ensuring our brand gains visibility and traction in the fintech, iGaming, and digital payments sectors. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel marketing activities, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, content development, and industry events. This position requires someone who is creative, analytical, and can implement campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Execute marketing strategies aligned with Xaces business goals and growth plans.

Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn, industry events, and content creation to increase engagement and brand recognition.

Optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI across all channels.


Brand Development:

Assist in positioning the group companies as leaders in fintech and igaming through targeted marketing campaigns and consistent messaging.

Contribute to the ongoing development of Xace and its group companies brands to ensure it resonates with target audiences.


Content Creation & Social Media:

Create a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and customer stories to build credibility and drive lead generation.

Develop and oversee social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to engage B2B audiences and support business development.

Ensure content is regularly updated and consistent across channels, including email marketing and the website.

Events & Industry Engagement:

Coordinate the Groups participation in key industry events, conferences, and webinars to boost brand presence and generate leads.

Work with internal teams to create event strategies that align with marketing goals.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns, to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and optimize future marketing activities.

Customer Insights & Market Research:

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and refine marketing efforts.

Use customer insights to develop personas and create targeted campaigns.

Public Relations & Communications:

Assist in PR efforts to gain media coverage and promote the Groups leadership in the fintech and iGaming sectors.

Support the creation of press releases and external communications to maintain consistent brand messaging.
