Payment Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Agent Collaboration:
  • Onboard agents by thoroughly explaining the project details, benefits, and processes.
  • Conduct initial training to introduce the projects and evaluate their ability to manage payment services for deposit and withdrawal requests.
  • Ensure uninterrupted payment operations 24/7.
  • Manage relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction and effective collaboration.
  • Support & Queries:
  • Manage all payment-related support queries by acting as a mediator between agents and merchants, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both agents and merchants.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure reconciliation and maintain accurate closing balances.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
