Key Responsibilities:
- Playbook Execution Monitoring:
- Work with the CEO on strategy, development and execution of the company playbook crossing all teams
- Regularly review and track all items in the playbook to ensure they are being executed as planned.
- Identify gaps or deviations and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address incomplete tasks and ensure alignment.
- Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of individual playbook items.
- Collect and analyze data to assess outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Present insights and actionable suggestions to management for optimizing playbook strategies.
- Employee development:
- Responsible for the creating employee development plans for new and existing employees
- Ensure new hires understand and can implement the processes, guidelines, and best practices outlined in the playbook.
- Maintain and update training materials as the playbook evolves.
Requirements:
- 3 5 years experience as learning and development manager, or organizational development manager.
- Experienced in employee onboarding and training.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in training and coaching contexts.
- Proficiency in using tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, project management software, analytics platforms).
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
