We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a commission-based environment, with earnings tied directly to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our digital ad services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment on client expectations and project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to measure performance and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing industry. Prior experience in the iGaming sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
