Scenic Designer

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the overall visual style and art direction of the live studio, leading the design team to achieve creative goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and production teams to determine the visual concept and style of the project.
- Supervise the work of the design team to ensure consistency of all visual elements.
- Review and provide design feedback to guide team members to improve the quality of their work.
- Manage the design projects budget and timeline
- Interviewing and training new designers to improve the overall level of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in stage design, architectural design, or related majors.
- At least 3 years of stage or set design experience.
- Proficiency in design and modeling software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good sense of space and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
