Senior Affiliate Manager

We're seeking an exceptional and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team in Malta. The players are our top priority, and we're dedicated to achieving operational excellence. You'll manage and grow affiliate accounts, optimize performance, and drive acquisition and retention strategies. Your Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the iGaming industry.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities.
• Great understanding of acquisition metrics such us ROI, ADPU, ARPU, CR, etc.
• Strong proficiency in relationship management and negotiation, coupled with clear communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, with a track record of success.
• Aptitude for quick and accurate problem-solving.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for driving results.

What you will do:

• Manage and cultivate growth within existing affiliate accounts across all brands.
• Mentor and support junior team members by providing training to enhance their day-to-day skills and performance.
• Monitor and assess the performance of these accounts, ensuring a return on investment and meeting agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of affiliate acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies in both existing and new markets.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices that positively impact various areas of the business.
• Negotiate with affiliate partners to secure the best possible arrangements and pricing.
