Responsibilities

• Managing the invoices mailbox
• Approving invoices with the relevant departments across the business
• Checking the invoices VS budget and track the total costs VS budget
• Booking the invoices in to the right place in the COA
• Bank reconciliation
• Crypto wallet reconciliation
• Managing affiliates payments 
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager. 

Personal Requirements

• You have Excel knowledge. 
• You have a proactive approach to solving problems and making processes efficient. 
• You are a critical thinker; we are a fast-paced company, growing even faster, and need  someone who is hands-on and ready to hit the ground running! 
• You are versatile
• Attention to detail is paramount. 
• Can-do attitude.  
• You’ve worked in similar positions and have at least 2 years of work experience. Knowledge of iGaming and Crypto are a bonus. 
• Knowledge of Xero is a bonus.
