Business Development Manager
Location: Remote from Cyprus
Our FinTech client provides IBANs, Multicurrency Accounts, FX and other payment options to the gambling, crypto, adult and other high-risk industries. As a market leader in the gaming and gambling FinTech sector, they are looking for candidates with a Banking, Payments, CSP or Gaming/Gambling (B2B) background to join their evolving and expanding team.
They have offices in London and Malta, so you would be their first hire in Cyprus. This means the position will be fully remote, but you would be expected to travel to Malta to attend various workshops and teambuilding exercises throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- The main task of the Business Development Manager is to sell the Xace bank accounts and other products to high-risk industries while at the same time building a solid referral network of CSPs, law firms, and other potential introducers.
- Target sales in Cyprus, the EU, and worldwide
- Sourcing leads via own network, outreach or introductions
- Research new leads, iGaming firms, and other relevant contacts and proactively target them
- Suggest additional information to include in marketing materials based on potentialcustomer feedback and questions
- Ensure an understanding of the Xace products in detail to effectively sell them
- Ensuring the CRM is up-to-date and informative
- Attending relevant conferences and events
Requirements:
- Is well connected within the iGaming, finance, or CSP sector in Cyprus;
- Has a desire to grow within a company;
- Can manage their own time work well and contribute to a team.
