CRM / Marketing Automation Specialist
Location: Malta
Salary: 35,000€ - 40,000€
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation tools and processes. You will work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, nurture leads, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Tools: Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Smartico.ai, Customer.io) to build, manage, and execute automated marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create automated email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation campaigns to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead Management: Implement lead scoring and lead management processes to identify and prioritize high-quality leads for sales teams.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and lead progression. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and landing pages for improved click-through and conversion rates.
- Segmentation: Create and maintain customer segments for personalized and targeted marketing communications.
- Marketing Automation Workflows: Design and build marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, onboarding sequences, and customer retention campaigns.
- Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other software to ensure data accuracy and a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- A/B testing experience to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and marketing trends.
- Relevant certifications in marketing automation ideally
- Experience with Smartico and Customer.io software would be a plus
