Location: Malta
Salary: 26,000€

The chosen candidate will assist their support team in their daily tasks and will be in charge of maintaining the ticketing system, by acknowledging tickets to clients, replicating issues, assign them to the right stakeholder, chase for reply when necessary and maintain a good flow of communication with all their clients at all time.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a support environment
- Previous experience in gaming would be an asset
- Knowledge of Jira and Zendesk would be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional organizational skills and able to multitask is a must.
