Sports CRM Specialist
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the CRM team to execute all sportsbook campaigns.
- Create data-driven and localised CRM strategies for Sportsbook.
- Implement, revamp and own the Sportsbook lifecycle and customer journeys.
- Report indirectly to the Head of Sportsbook, ensuring strong vertical growth.
- Take ownership of Sportsbook retention figures.
- Enable effective budget management and allocation, forecasting campaign metrics like engagement, cost, ROI, and other key performance indicators for precise evaluation and optimization of campaigns.
- Work in collaboration with the Sportsbook department, country managers and other stakeholders.
- Continuously update the team's knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience with CRM tools and Sports campaign.
- Sports betting knowledge, campaign planning, campaign executor, analytical skills and iGaming experience.
- Finnish language is an advantage.
